Shipping Policy
UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders. Your order will be sent and delivered via our Royal Mail Second Class service if you select the free option. This service can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive.
Please note our dispatch time is usually within 1-2 working days. During busy periods this may peak to 1-3 working days, (please kindly note this is excluding weekends).
If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a calling card may be left, and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection next working day. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place, this is entirely at their discretion. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays. In these circumstances, please expect your delivery to arrive with you on the next available working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We now offer a Royal Mail Standard International service for orders to Europe and the Rest Of The World. This can take up to 5-7 working days for European destinations and up to 10 working days for the Rest Of The World.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pinsandneedles.club with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
