What's involved?

Our clubs are fun, relaxed and inclusive of all abilities. Friendly teachers guide students through a mixture of machine and hand-sewing, to make a variety of fun projects including Emoji cushions, embroidered aprons, appliqué tote bags, fashion accessories (headbands, jewellery etc) and cute pizza slice cushions and fruit pencil cases. Once completed, they can bring their finished projects home (the best part!). We encourage creativity and will always help develop our students' ideas for projects of their own and help them to achieve whatever their imagination allows! For returning students each term, we will be extending their skills to pattern-cutting, designing and working with more challenging materials. No experience is necessary and all materials are provided. If your child is interested in joining our club to gain or further develop their skills in sewing and textiles for their DofE Skills Award, please check with their DofE Leader for applicability before booking. The Summer term costs £180 which delivers 12 x 1-hour sessions. You can either pay immediately by card, pay in instalments with Klarna or PayPal Pay Later, or choose 'OFFLINE PAYMENT' to pay via bank transfer.
