VOLUNTEERING & SKILLS

Pins & Needles is excited to be offering opportunities to help young people in our communities gain their Duke of Edinburgh's Award.

You can complete your Bronze, Silver or Gold DofE Volunteering section by helping at one of our Primary after-school sewing clubs. Please see our full list of School Clubs hereNo previous sewing experience is necessary, although an interest in crafts and working with young people are both desirable.

We accept volunteers from the age of 14 although anyone under the age of 18 does need a parent or guardian's consent.

You can also complete the Skills element of your DofE by joining one of our Secondary school clubs where you'll have a chance to learn new skills, boost your CV and have fun whilst you're at it.

We guide and support all DofE students and work closely with Secondary Schools to ensure young people get the most out of their time with us.

Interested? Please apply below and we'll be in touch!
